• 1 Information on the collection of personal data

(1) In the following, we provide information about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

(2) Responsible person acc. Art. 4 para. 7 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Activoris Medizintechnik GmbH (see our legal notice). You can contact our data protection officer at datenschutz@gdsm.de or by telephone on 06421 804 1310.

(3) When you contact us by e-mail or via our contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, your name and your message) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context after storage is no longer required, or restrict processing if there are statutory retention obligations.

(4) If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail below about the respective processes. We also specify the defined criteria for the storage period.

(1) You have the following rights vis-à-vis us with regard to your personal data:

• 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

• 5 Use of Google Maps

On this website we use the Google Maps service provided by Google. This allows us to show you interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under § 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. • 6 Data protection information for applicants

When applying by e-mail, you send us your data (e.g. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) and, if applicable, further data and information (e.g. on your CV or your qualifications) and application documents (e.g. certificates). All personal data, information and documents are collected, stored and used exclusively for purposes related to the recording and processing of the application, including, if applicable, the preparation of a recruitment. The legal basis for this is § 26 para. 1 BDSG.

In the case of an application, your data, information and documents will generally be deleted 6 months after receipt of the application. If your application is successful, the data you provide will be used in the context of the employment relationship in accordance with the statutory provisions. If the applicant gives their consent, we store the applicant data for up to 2 years.

• 7 Use of the SalesViewer® technology:

This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH to collect and store data for marketing, market research and optimization purposes on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

For this purpose, a javascript-based code is used to collect and use company-related data. The data collected using this technology is encrypted using a non-reversible one-way function (known as hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymized and not used to personally identify the visitor to this website.

The data stored in the context of Salesviewer will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations.
